Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about client satisfaction to join our Johannesburg team. You will play a critical role in managing key customer accounts, ensuring their success and fostering lifetime relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are successful with our services.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide actionable insights to the product team.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients in optimising their use of our products and services.
  • Develop success plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or related roles
