Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of products.
  • Engage with customers during onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and setup.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and communicate potential additional services to customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Customer Relationship Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology environment
