Responsibilities

• Provide advice on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalise commercial contracts and agreements.
• Research legal issues and keep abreast of relevant law changes.
• Assist in developing compliance training for staff.
• Manage relationships with external legal representatives.
• Advise on risk management strategies and mitigation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on legal issues.
• Support with corporate governance and regulatory filings.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings as necessary.
