Responsibilities

• Investigate and implement innovative technologies in food processing.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new products and processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to food quality.
• Participate in industry conferences to network and gather insights.
• Develop prototypes for new food products and gather consumer feedback.
• Optimize processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the food industry, particularly in product innovation
