Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tree Trimmer and Pruner to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for maintaining the health of trees through various upkeep methods, including pruning, trimming, and disease management. Strong communication skills are essential for client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site assessments to determine tree health and maintenance needs.
  • Utilize proper pruning techniques for various tree species.
  • Provide clients with clear recommendations for tree health improvements.
  • Conduct educational outreach to inform the community about tree care.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on horticultural practices.
  • Adhere to local environmental regulations regarding tree care.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and client feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in tree care, including diagnosis and pruning.
