Retail Manager

Job Description

As a Retail Manager in our Cape Town location, you will oversee the store's operations and ensure achievement of sales targets. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in retail and strong organizational skills to foster an energetic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational meetings with staff to discuss performance and targets.
• Develop training programs for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
• Maintain store presentation standards and merchandising strategies.
• Handle budgeting and forecasting related to store expenses and sales.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely product deliveries.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to in the store environment.
• Engage with the community through outreach and relationship-building.
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Diploma in Retail Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail management
