Job Description

Join our committed team as a Social Worker in Cape Town, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals and families in crisis. You'll provide counseling, connect clients with resources, and advocate for social change within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to client needs.
  • Provide effective counseling and support services.
  • Connect clients with needed resources and community support.
  • Engage in community outreach to educate about available services.
  • Document casework thoroughly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and service providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in community services
