Join our team as a Hospitality Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hotel operations, ensuring that every guest has a remarkable experience, and leading a motivated team in our Durban location.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational activities to deliver a premium guest experience.
  • Supervise staff training and development initiatives.
  • Create and execute service enhancement programs.
  • Ensure adherence to all hotel policies and procedures.
  • Manage occupancy rates and revenue generation strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.
  • Oversee inventory management and supplier contracts.
  • Execute marketing strategies to attract new clientele.
  • Ensure positive workplace culture and team morale.
  • Prepare reports on hotel performance metrics for management.

Advantageous

  • Experience in luxury hotel settings: Prior experience in managing operations in high-end hotels is an advantage.
