Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Perform detailed room inspections and ensure standards are upheld.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules and staff performance.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Assist in the ordering and inventory management of supplies.
• Ensure staff follows safe operating procedures.
• Provide training on new cleaning techniques and protocols.
• Resolve any operational issues that arise with teamwork.
• Promote a positive work environment and staff morale.
• Prepare reports on departmental performance as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in housekeeping with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
