Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to negotiating job offers. Responsibilities

• Lead urban development projects from conception to implementation.
• Conduct thorough site analyses and report findings to the planning team.
• Foster relationships with various stakeholders, including NGOs and community groups.
• Ensure that all urban planning projects comply with local laws and policies.
• Gather and analyze data on urban growth and population trends.
• Participate in regional planning initiatives and collaborative projects.
• Contribute to the development of urban design guidelines.
• Advocate for sustainable practices within urban development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Environmental Sciences
• Professional certification in Urban Planning is favourable

Experience

• 3-7 years of urban planning experience or related roles

• Certified Urban Planner (CUP)

Languages
