Job Description

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Johannesburg. You will ensure high tenant satisfaction, manage leases, and ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards. Your role will involve budgeting, planning, and liaising with service providers to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of assigned properties.
• Analyze property performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate tenant move-in/move-out processes efficiently.
• Consult with legal advisors on lease agreements and tenant disputes.
• Manage annual budgets and utilize financial forecasting.
• Ensure safety compliance in all building operations.
• Participate in strategic planning to enhance property values.
• Evaluate and select contractors for facility maintenance and upkeep.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Additional certification in Property Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management
