Job Description

As a Public Health Specialist, your role will involve assessing community health needs, designing evidence-based health programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. You will also collaborate with local health services and aid in policy formulation to foster better health outcomes in underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community health assessments to identify needs and resources.
• Develop and implement public health initiatives tailored to community needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, local government, and health organizations.
• Analyze health data and prepare reports on community health outcomes.
• Lead health education workshops to promote wellness and disease prevention.

• Stay abreast of current public health trends and research.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or related field
• Doctorate in Public Health is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in public health or health promotion
