We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in patient care by ensuring proper medication management and providing informative consultations to clients. This role requires a deep understanding of pharmacology, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure quality control.
• Assist in training and supervising pharmacy assistants.
• Perform medication therapy management and wellness checks.
• Document patient consultations and medication records accurately.
• Participate in community health initiatives and education programs.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving pharmacy services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• PharmD preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Technical Skills

• Pharmaceutical Knowledge
• Patient Counseling

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist (RPh)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
