Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Communicate with suppliers and negotiate contracts for materials and services.
• Develop and enforce project schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors in best practices.
• Evaluate potential projects and prepare feasibility reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing construction projects
