Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor, you'll oversee the production process, ensuring compliance with quality standards while leading a motivated team. This role involves direct supervision of the compounding and finishing production teams, along with planning and coordinating production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures in all production processes.
• Facilitate training and development programs for team members.
• Maintain accurate production logs and records.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Encourage a culture of safety within the production environment.
• Identify and recommend improvements to production procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in a relevant field

Experience

• Experience in supervisory roles within manufacturing is preferable

Technical Skills

• ERP systems knowledge (e.g., SAP)
• Production planning software proficiency

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
