Job Description

The Hospitality Manager position requires a dynamic individual who can lead our team, oversee daily operations, and deliver exceptional service to guests. You will play a key role in creating an inviting atmosphere and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless operations for all hotel departments.
  • Foster a positive work environment through team leadership.
  • Oversee guest relations and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgets, and revenue generation.
  • Implement new services and improvements based on guest feedback.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hotel supplies and services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
  • MBA is a plus

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in hotel management
