Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our guests' experiences in Durban. Your responsibilities will include supervising hotel operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading a dedicated team of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate hotel staff to achieve high performance.
  • Establish standards for service delivery and quality control.
  • Develop strategies to enhance guest loyalty and retention.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive hotel promotions.
  • Review service quality regularly and implement changes when necessary.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting to optimize revenue.
  • Ensure proper handling of all financial transactions.
  • Act as the point of contact for all hotel-related matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a similar role
