• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Hotel Management Software Proficient in using hotel management systems for operations.
• Financial Management Skilled in managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA)
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Zulu (Conversational)

• Experience with revenue management systems: Familiarity with tools to optimize hotel pricing strategies.
• Knowledge of local attractions and amenities: Ability to provide information to enhance guests' stays.
