Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be pivotal in maintaining high-quality standards for our software products. Your role includes developing test plans, executing tests, and reporting on software quality metrics. You’ll collaborate closely with developers to enhance product reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive testing processes and methodologies.
• Conduct regression testing and performance testing on applications.
• Review product requirements and test cases to ensure correctness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in the testing procedures.
• Train and mentor junior QA engineers.
• Support the product delivery process by ensuring timely and thorough testing.
• Spearhead initiatives that promote quality within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in software testing and quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Cypress
• API Testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of performance testing tools: Experience with tools like LoadRunner or JMeter for performance testing.
