Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, to ensure a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts and oversee the onboarding process for new staff.
  • Support the development of company policies and procedures regarding HR practices.
  • Advise employees on HR-related issues, including benefits and conflicts.
  • Design and implement training and development programs.
  • Evaluate employee performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Keep the HR database updated and organized.
  • Promote health and safety programs within the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry standards.
  • Conduct exit interviews and compile reports for management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related experience
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
