Job Description

As a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, you will be pivotal in driving change and fostering a culture of inclusion. Your responsibilities will include analyzing organizational metrics pertaining to diversity, shaping policies that support a diverse workforce, and collaborating with management to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of diversity curricula and guidelines.
• Facilitate focus groups and discussions on diversity issues within the organization.
• Research and implement best practices in diversity and inclusion.
• Create awareness campaigns related to diversity initiatives and events.
• Engage with management and employees to address concerns related to diversity challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in diversity and inclusion roles
