Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Job Description

Join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst where you will lead initiatives to optimize employee compensation and benefits. You’ll have the chance to analyze competitive practices and formulate strategies that enhance employee satisfaction while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation survey participation and analyze results.
• Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting for all benefits programs.
• Work with external vendors to manage benefits administration.
• Incorporate employee feedback into benefits program enhancements.
• Review and update employee compensation policies as necessary.
• Coordinate with payroll on compensation changes.
• Advise on labor market conditions affecting compensation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or HR
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a HR compensation and benefits role

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent
