Line-Up Examiner

Job Description

The Line-Up Examiner is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient coordination of production schedules and line-ups in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain production efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjust production schedules based on real-time demand.
• Monitor production performance to ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead quality assurance meetings with production teams.
• Document any issues that arise and propose solutions.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance in the workplace.
• Mentor junior staff in production line protocols.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure efficiency.
• Create and manage reports on production output and quality standards.
• Utilize software to streamline scheduling processes.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in quality control or process improvement are advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in production line coordination.

Technical Skills

• Lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes

Soft Skills

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ERP systems: Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software for production management.
