Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will analyse supply chain processes, recommend improvements, and support various departments in enhancing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present supply chain analysis reports to management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Utilise software tools to manage supply chain data efficiently.
• Assist in budget development for supply chain operations.
• Identify trends in data to predict future supply chain challenges.
• Enhance the accuracy of inventory forecasting.
• Provide training and support to junior staff in the supply chain department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics management

Technical Skills

• Excel and Data Modelling
• Project Management Tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Demand Forecasting: Ability to analyse market trends and forecast demand.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS): Experience with TMS for logistics planning.
