Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will analyze historical and current financial data to deliver insights that guide strategic planning for the organization. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker with experience in financial modeling, reporting, and forecasting. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure financial goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and reports with accurate data.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform financial strategies.
• Provide insights on cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Facilitate financial planning sessions and strategy discussions.
• Ensure that financial practices adhere to organizational policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance reporting systems and tools.
• Develop user-friendly financial models for cross-departmental access.
• Liaise with external auditors and financial partners to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or analytical role

Technical Skills

• Excel VBA
• Financial Reporting

Certifications

• CIMA certification is a plus
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
