Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of investment banking transactions from inception to completion.
• Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to evaluate investment proposals.
• Identify potential investment opportunities in various sectors and markets.
• Mentor junior analysts and interns, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
• Regularly report on market conditions and identify strategic shifts for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking

• M&A Advisory
• Financial Modelling

• Presentation Skills

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• IBD Certification - advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
