• Contribute to the full product lifecycle, from concept to prototyping and production.
• Develop and validate prototypes through testing and analysis.
• Perform material selection and analysis for optimal design performance.
• Engage in project planning and resource allocation alongside project managers.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development.
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Lead projects related to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Foster a culture of safety and innovation within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on product design

• SolidWorks
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Thermodynamics
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification
