Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping customers solve their problems. This role will involve answering queries, providing product information, and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting product issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve services.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate in Customer Service is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support
