Responsibilities

• Design new and improved mechanical systems to meet client specifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize engineering processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for new projects.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand project needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in relevant engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Design Software
• Prototyping

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Engineering Technician (C.Eng.)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Renewable Energy Systems: Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and applications in mechanical design.
• Familiarity with Automation Systems: Experience with automation in mechanical engineering.
