Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design, implement, and manage training programs that promote employee engagement and development. Your responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis and designing curricula that facilitate ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Identify key competencies required for various positions and develop training plans.
• Budget for and manage training resources effectively.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on training effectiveness.
• Compile training metrics and reports for management review.
• Promote awareness of available training programs among employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a training or development role
