Job Description

As a High Speed Warper Tender, you will be responsible for operating and managing the high-speed warping machine, ensuring the production of quality textile products. The ideal candidate will have the technical skills to troubleshoot machinery and maintain production quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up warping machines according to production specifications.
• Ensure all safety equipment is used and regularly maintained.
• Conduct quality checks of textile output.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product standards are met.
• Participate in regular training on machine operation and safety.
• Adhere to maintenance schedules for machinery.
• Manage inventory of raw materials needed for production.
• Implement best practices for machine operation to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Certificate in Textile Production or equivalent is beneficial

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within textile manufacturing.

• Quality Control Processes

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with machine calibration: Ability to calibrate machines for optimal performance.
