Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within various industries. You will liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates, driving the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates to determine their skills and suitability for specific roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on the hiring process and market trends.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Honours degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Social Media Recruiting

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Interpersonal Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with recruitment marketing strategies: Knowledge of effective recruitment marketing techniques to attract candidates.
• Familiarity with HR software tools: Experience with HR management systems to streamline recruitment processes.
