Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within various industries. You will liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates, driving the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the applicant tracking system to streamline the recruitment process.
• Provide training and support to junior recruiters when necessary.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the agency.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification as part of the hiring process.
• Offer market insights to clients to help them remain competitive.
• Continuously aim to improve the recruitment process through feedback and innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Honours degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting

Technical Skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Social Media Recruiting

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Interpersonal Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience in managing a team of recruiters: Previous experience leading a small team will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of employment legislation: An understanding of local labour laws and regulations.
