Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for various landscape projects from initial concept to completion.
• Assess environmental conditions and prepare reports as necessary.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) applications to create detailed designs.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate design ideas.
• Implement design strategies that promote biodiversity and ecological conservation.
• Assess project progress and adjust plans as required.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers and interns.
• Collaborate with local authorities on zoning and permitting issues.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture

Technical Skills

• Photoshop
• GIS Software

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
