Drop Board Man (Dispatcher)

Job Description

The Drop Board Man will play a crucial role in our manufacturing team by operating and maintaining a drop board machine. This position requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of production processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust equipment for the production run.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on the machine.
• Ensure that production targets are met consistently.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate production schedules.
• Assist in the development of production SOPs and best practices.

Requirements

Education
