Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop project goals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Conduct on-site meetings and coordinations with construction teams.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Assess project costs and perform budget analysis.
• Implement best practices for project management and construction methodologies.
• Provide training and support to junior project managers.
• Evaluate new technologies and methods to enhance project delivery.
• Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution among teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry

Certifications

• Registered Project Manager (RPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
