Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Manager to lead our property management operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate management, with a focus on maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead property management operations aimed at optimizing property value.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with tenants and team members.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor financial metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
  • Drive initiatives for sustainability and energy efficiency in property management.
  • Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs smoothly.
  • Negotiate and finalize service contracts with third-party vendors.
  • Provide leadership in conflict resolution and customer service.
  • Evaluate property performance against KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Real Estate Management is beneficial.
