Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Medical Doctor to join our healthcare team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and have the skills necessary to handle a variety of medical situations. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a range of health issues, providing comprehensive care to patients while ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Providing emergency medical care in urgent situations.
• Educating patients about preventive healthcare measures.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress and treatment responses.
• Mentoring junior medical staff and other healthcare providers.
• Participating in hospital committees and meetings to improve patient care.
• Ensuring patient confidentiality and ethical practice.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent
• Postgraduate diploma in a relevant specialisation is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital or clinical environment

• Advanced Medical Procedures

Certifications

• HPCSA Registration
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
