The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing telecommunications systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of various telecom equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for necessary equipment procurement and repairs.
• Implement network upgrades and enhancements as needed.
• Provide training and support to junior technicians and new hires.
• Evaluate the performance of telecommunications systems and recommend improvements.
• Manage projects related to network installation and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the telecommunications field

• Fiber Optics Installation
• VoIP Systems

Certifications

• Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
