Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Roll Reclaimer Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the reclamation of rolls in a manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of safety protocols are essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll reclaimer equipment during production runs.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Document maintenance activities and machine performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with other operators and management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in improving operational methods for better efficiency.
• Participate in safety audits as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing or machinery maintenance is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
