Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure adherence to timelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of clinical trials to ensure timely progress.
• Monitor trial activities to guarantee compliance with protocols.
• Facilitate communication between research teams and external partners.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of trial results.
• Effectively manage participant recruitment and retention strategies.
• Organize and coordinate study-related meetings and presentations.
• Collect data for research analysis and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Master's degree in Public Health or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in medical research or clinical trials

• Regulatory Knowledge

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Certification
• Ethics in Research Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
