• Create detailed plans and specifications for manufacturing processes.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Evaluate and select suppliers and materials for prototypes.
• Train junior engineers and collaborate on team projects.
• Stay updated with emerging engineering technologies and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar engineering role

Technical Skills

• Thermal and Fluid Dynamics Analysis
• Prototyping and Testing

Soft Skills

• Creative Problem Solving
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Energy Systems Engineering: Knowledge in sustainable energy systems design and analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean and Agile Engineering Practices: Experience implementing lean strategies in engineering projects.
