Job Description

As a Prepress Technician at Quality Print Services, your main responsibility will be to operate photocomposing machines to produce high-quality printed materials. You will need to interpret job specifications accurately and ensure that all outputs meet stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality typesetting by operating photocomposing machines efficiently.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.
• Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing printed products.
• Assist in the training of junior staff members when necessary.
• Stay updated on advancements in printing technology and methods.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in printing or prepress environments preferred

Languages
