Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and they achieve their desired outcomes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, provide support, and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure retention.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to customer teams.
  • Work with marketing to create customer success stories and case studies.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer retention and renewal rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Maintain and develop customer documentation and resources.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success management
