Job Description

As an Account Manager based in Durban, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new opportunities for growth. We’re looking for a proactive individual with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Assess client performances and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure effective onboarding of new clients.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Contribute to the development of account strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related field
  • Relevant certifications in account management are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in account management

  • English: Fluent
