Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Develop and manage the learning management system (LMS) for tracking training progress.
Support coaching and performance management processes through effective training frameworks.
Maintain a library of training materials for employee access.
Engage with employees to gather feedback and enhance training offerings.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Organizational Development or Adult Education
Relevant certifications in HR or learning and development are preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in corporate training or learning development
