We're on the lookout for an HR Generalist in Cape Town who will play a key role in supporting our HR operations. You will engage in talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance management to ensure our team thrives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including interviewing and hiring staff.
Implement training programs to improve employee skills.
Assist in the resolution of employee grievances.
Monitor and report on HR metrics.
Engage employees through various initiatives to foster a positive environment.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry standards.
Support compliance audits and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with management on organizational development.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
Experience
3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
