Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer at our East London facility, you'll play a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and reducing waste. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to apply engineering principles to complex problems in manufacturing and production settings.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance manufacturing processes through analytical methodologies.
  • Lead projects aimed at reducing production costs while improving efficiency.
  • Utilize statistical tools to assess and improve manufacturing performance.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to streamline operations.
  • Monitor ongoing operations to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Assist in the development of new products by collaborating with product development teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations throughout the production process.
  • Generate regular reports on project progress and outcomes.
  • Explore new technologies to improve production efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for external audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment
