Job Description

As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing community engagement and ensuring the successful implementation of outreach initiatives. You will work closely with local organizations, stakeholders, and residents to identify their needs and provide relevant support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach campaigns to raise awareness about community services.
  • Engage with diverse community groups to promote inclusion.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and organizations for partnerships.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in developing budgets for outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and participant information.
  • Provide updates to management regarding outreach progress.
  • Represent the organization at community meetings and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Public Health, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in community organizing or outreach
