We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving IT issues, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Identify recurring IT issues and propose solutions to improve service.
Maintain a knowledge base of common support issues and resolutions.
Assist in setting up new user workstations and peripherals.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Provide assistance in project work as required.
Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional IT projects.
Document IT procedures and user manuals for training.
Provide feedback to the IT Manager on team performance and issues.
Requirements
Education
BTech or degree in IT or relevant field
Additional IT certifications are a plus

3+ years of experience in technical support roles
