Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will lead diverse projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully managing projects across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project execution to ensure compliance with company policies and client expectations.
• Facilitate change management processes as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead team meetings to discuss project updates and resolve issues.
• Implement project management tools and techniques to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and leveraging lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the construction or IT sectors

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
