UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative and skilled UI Designer to join our passionate team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with designing intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with UX researchers, developers, and other designers to create visually appealing and effective designs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize design software to produce high-quality visuals and interactive prototypes.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and feedback on designs.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance the overall design process.
• Translate complex ideas into simple and engaging interfaces.
• Identify opportunities for design enhancements across the product portfolio.
• Participate in industry events to represent the company and gain insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
